- Google stops supporting IE6 by March 1st, 2010
- Supporting IE6 costs companies around 10% of the overal IT development budget
- IE6 barely supports any web standards
- IE6 is unsecure and can be easily hacked, increasing site maintenance costs as well
At the point of this writing Dexels is one of over 2600 companies who have joined the initiative. We know this will affect some of our customers and we hope to be able to engage in a reasonable conversation about this subject soon.
